Exfoliating Soaps

The purpose of soap is to break the surface tension between your skin and dirt, grime and other substances lying on the skin surface.  Washing your face/body “exfoliating” soap is like giving your soap a “supercharging boost”.

Activated charcoal actually binds itself to dirt, oil and bacteria on the skin and then that charcoal and all the unpleasant, offensive things that are dirty, disgusting, harmful, bond to it, is then washed away with your soap lather.  I’ll always recommend an activated charcoal soap to someone with oily prone/acne prone skin.
If charcoal is too much for your particular skin type, then there is a happy medium in clay!  Natural clay also binds to dirt and oil and offers a deeper cleanse.  However, clay doesn’t offer the same deep pore cleanse as charcoal.

Any full log of soap can be ordered with any of the following exfoliants…………………………
I’m prone scaly patches of skin and love the grit that a powdered Olive Pit gives to a soap.  A more sensitive skin might love a sugar or salt infused soap!
Powdered Apricot Stone – Powdered Olive Pit – Powdered Walnut Shell – Powdered Coconut Shell – Powdered Ground Coffee Bean
Poppy Seeds – Fine Pumice – Coconut Sugar – Pink Himalayan Salts – Nordic Sea Salt – Natural Clay.
