Payment
We thank you sincerely for your order - so very appreciated. If you have any questions about your order please send us an email, we'll get back to you ASAP. If all is OK with the invoice you received when you placed your order, please remember make payment using the invoice number so we can marry up payment to order.
We do not charge a handling fee, should Australia Post or any of the couriers we use, increase their satchel/freight costs, these prices only will be passed on. Our Soap prices have only increased twice in the last 14 years each by just 50 cent increments, we reserve the right should we ever need to increase our prices in the future.
POSTAGE - Postage cost for Serendipity "EveryDay" Goatmilk Soaps within Australia is $10.00 per pre-paid satchel which will hold up to 20 cakes of our EveryDay Goatmilk Soaps.
Postage cost for all of Serendipity's other products will be quoted per individual order.
COURIER - We can also arrange delivery via courier door-to-door or by Australia Post Express.
LOCAL COASTAL DELIVERY - Between Woolgoolga/Boambee delivery fee will be $10.00 per individual order - deliveries made each Tuesday 1pm - 5pm. Other areas will be quoted.
PICK UP: For those of you who are fortunate enough to live in Coffs Harbour or near the beautiful Coffs Coast, we are pleased to offer the option to pick up your order.
