    A native mint used as a medicine for coughs and colds, it’s usually ingested in the form of a tea but we at Serendipity decided to use this Aboriginal medicine plant topically and since first incorporating this into our goat’s milk soap, we’ve found two other soap sites with the mint used in soaps. We also put a little Peppermint oil in as this oil has soothing and cooling abilities that freshen the skin. It also has properties that facilitate oil secretion, making it an effective component against acne.

    Serendipity’s beautiful farm fresh goat’s milk combined with colloidal and full oatmeal which suppresses the need to scratch, is especially useful for irritated, dry skin along with pure raw fresh honey from Alan Elks Glenreagh Honey – the scent of honey blended with goat’s milk and oatmeal makes this soap a sweet comfort and another of our best sellers.  As soon as you work this soap into a lather, you’ll notice the nutty smell of oatmeal, complemented by a generous dollop of honey for which I’m known to be heavy handed. Our Honey Oatmeal soap soothes your skin’s natural barrier with every wash, and is gentle enough to be used every day.
